As of today we have been able to ship 35 boxes to Chile and we are still receiving daily emails about the conditions. Some have had their Red Cross aid stolen, others have no shoes and no food. One of my very favorite people there is homeless and out on the streets. Many people are living day to day in rains and winter.
Any contributions, a dollar at a time help! Our goal is to raise enough money to ship 10 more boxes this month which means $550.oo worth of donations. Everything is already bought and ready to ship! Thanks to all of our readers!!

As for Chile earthquake relief, I am sad to say our donations have slowed down quite a bit. I have about 10 boxes ready to ship but no money to send them. We’ve had news from the South that winter has set in and the tents people are living in are not holding up to the cold and rains. They are in need of thick warm clothing as many don’t have water to wash. Relief Update and Giveaway Winners

As of today we have mailed out 30 boxes of relief to earthquake victims in Chile. The boxes are filled with winter clothes, non-perishable food, cans, blankets, diapers, hygiene kits, herbal tea, Spanish books and toys. We have received two emails this week requesting more aid as winter is approaching and the people are living in tents. They could use winter coats, rain gear, underwear, shoes and building materials. We are also looking for a dentist to contribute toothbrushes and paste and someone to contribute formula.
