Last night author Angela Corbett launched her book Eternal Starling at the King’s English book store in Salt Lake City. The Children’s Room was packed to full capacity and by the time I got there we were lined up standing outside. She had cake pops, candy bars and m&m cookies for treats as well as a raffle for signed books, bags and jewelry. Spotted in the huge audience were authors Brodi Ashton– Everneath and Lani Woodland–Indelible, as well as fellow book bloggers from LDSWBR and CubicleBlindnes. Congrats Angie!
The surreal part for me was seeing the author photo I took for her printed on the back dust jacket, on a poster outside the book shop and on shelves in the store. Congrats on the new release. Would have loved to be at the signing, but too far. I would love to win and read this book. It is on my Christmas wish list.
